About the role

Role: A maths intervention HLTA to plan and deliver learning activities for individual and small groups of Year 11 students preparing for Maths GCSE. This is a fixed term contract.
The successful candidate will provide additional support for Year 11 pupils preparing for both Foundation and Higher Tier GCSE papers in summer 2026 and help them make the best possible progress. The Trust’s Director of Maths and the maths faculty will work with the HLTA to maximise impact.
Qualifications: It is essential that the postholder has studied maths to GCE A level or level 3 equivalence and has grade B/6+ in GCSE Maths. A minimum grade C/4+ in GCSE English is also required.
