About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for placing, finishing, repairing, and maintaining concrete on site, ensuring high-quality standards and safe working practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Placing, levelling, smoothing, and finishing concrete to required specifications
* Using hand tools and power tools such as trowels, screeds, and floats
* Setting and aligning forms before concrete pours
* Repairing and patching concrete surfaces when required
* Working closely with site supervisors and other trades
* Adhering to all health & safety regulations on site
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher (essential)
* Knowledge of different finishing techniques (power floating, hand finishing, edging, etc.)
* Ability to read and follow construction drawings and plans
* CSCS card (essential)
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
