Your Role Will Include:
* Providing 1:1 support for pupils with SEN, including ASC, ADHD, SEMH, and other needs
* Assisting with the implementation of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
* Supporting pupils with learning difficulties or disabilities
* Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
* Collaborating with teachers and specialists to meet individual needs
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
* GCSE qualifications
Preferred:
* Experience working with children or young people
* Understanding of SEN and inclusive education
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Additional training or qualifications in SEN support
* Previous experience in a school or educational setting
