An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of District Nursing Sister / Team Leader to manage and lead the District Nursing Team based in the Eifionydd Team. This is a secondment to cover maternity leave for a period of 12 months. Potential applicants must request permission of their line manager for the secondment.
The successful candidate will lead and manage the district nursing team, support team members and work closely with other Health and Social Care colleagues, Unscheduled Care and out‑of‑hour Community Nursing Services.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will need to have excellent communication skills with an ability to provide effective, high‑quality care as part of the community resource team.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
