Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Porter to join our team at Adam Partridge Auctioneers & Valuers. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our auction house by assisting with the handling and transportation of items, contributing to our commitment to excellence in customer service.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the setup and breakdown of auction events.
* Handle and transport items safely within the saleroom.
* Assist with the photography of items for sale
* Ensure that all items are displayed correctly for auctions.
* Provide support to valuers and saleroom staff during auctions.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization within the auction space.
* Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
* Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
* Computer literate
* Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.
* A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
