Responsibilities
* Serve as the go‑to person in the office when the CEO is absent; working from home is not permitted due to the importance of office presence.
* Act as the CEO’s Strategic Anchor by providing exclusive 1:1 support so the CEO can focus on leadership and vision.
* Assume the role of sole Executive Assistant, a dedicated resource and true partner.
* Lead the implementation of an automated minute‑taking software solution, serving as the super‑user and collaborating with IT to roll it out across the business.
* Own a complex, high‑volume schedule and expertly manage dozens of critical monthly meetings and engagements.
* Plan and execute a diverse portfolio of events—from intimate leadership retreats and strategy days to large‑scale conferences and annual gatherings for hundreds—acting as the logistical maestro.
* Operate with the highest level of discretion, handling confidential information with unwavering integrity.
Qualifications
* Strong cultural fit with a proactive mindset; calm under pressure, level‑headed, possessing a high degree of emotional intelligence.
* Experienced Senior PA who has previously supported C‑Suite executives.
* Highly proactive and forward‑thinking, able to second‑guess needs and take ownership.
* Exceptional communication skills and confidence to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated discretion and trustworthiness when handling sensitive information.
* Highly organised with superb attention to detail and the ability to manage a complex and varied workload.
* Self‑starter who can drive their own workload.
