Property Litigation Solicitor
Location: Swansea
Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (initial on-site expectation)
A new opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor with 2-5 PQE to join a well-established disputes team with a strong reputation in rural and agricultural matters. This role offers a unique opportunity to handle high-quality work within a niche and growing area. The role will involve:
* Managing a caseload of property litigation matters including boundary disputes, rights of way, easements, and landlord and tenant issues.
* Advising on agricultural and rural land disputes, including farming partnerships and tenancy matters.
* Acting for landowners, farmers, and rural businesses.
* Supporting on complex, high-value litigation alongside senior teams members.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships within the rural sector.
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be a qualified Solicitor with 2-5 PQE in property litigation.
* Have experience or a strong interest in agricultural/rural matters.
* Demonstrate strong technical ability and commercial awareness.
* Be confident managing your own caseload and contributing to team growth.
* Have excellent client care and communication skills.
