In this pivotal role, you’ll be a key player in delivering an innovative study programme that prepares learners for their next steps. You will manage and develop a curriculum that meets the needs of priority sectors and skills shortages, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to respond to emerging trends and government policies. What we're looking for:
1. At least 4 years relevant experience in electrical insulations.
2. Relevant Level 3 trade qualification along with inspection and testing qualifications.
3. Experience of supporting young people to learn and develop new skills.
4. The ability to work successfully within a team.
5. Proven skills at developing relationships with stakeholders.
6. Excellent communication and organisational skills.

7. Annual Salary: £38,754 up to £44,212
8. Full-time position, 37 hours per week, all year round.
