In this pivotal role, you’ll be a key player in delivering an innovative study programme that prepares learners for their next steps. You will manage and develop a curriculum that meets the needs of priority sectors and skills shortages, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to respond to emerging trends and government policies. As an expert in your field, you’ll shape education and training opportunities, ensuring they align with workforce demands while providing an outstanding experience for learners. You will also contribute to the College's strategic aims, promote equality and diversity, and work with local businesses to inform and shape curriculum developments. What we're looking for:

1. At least 4 years relevant experience in electrical insulations.
2. Relevant Level 3 trade qualification along with inspection and testing qualifications.
3. Experience of supporting young people to learn and develop new skills.
4. The ability to work successfully within a team.
5. Proven skills at developing relationships with stakeholders.
6. Excellent communication and organisational skills.

7. Annual Salary: £38,754 up to £44,212
8. Full-time position, 37 hours per week, all year round.
