What You Will Do:
: Deliver out:of:track training and assessments at the companys training centre and other approved locations.
: Assist in the creation of new training materials to ensure continuous improvement in training delivery.
: Provide training and conduct assessments on customer sites across the UK.
: Undertake site assessments for third:party welders, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
: Maintain training facilities, including equipment, classrooms, and welding stillages, to the highest standards.
: Support the development and testing of new products and processes to enhance the companys offerings.
What You Will Bring:
: NVQ qualifications for delivering training and assessments.
: Proven experience as a welder, qualified to TW5 minimum, with a strong track record in MMA welding.
: Sentinel competency in TW1 : TW5 and RT1 : RT5, as well as MMA1 : MMA4.
: Knowledge of Network Rail MMA and Flux Core Automatic Welding (FCAW1 : FCAW4) processes.
: Welding Inspector qualification (WI.1/2) is advantageous but not mandatory.
: A deep understanding of Welding processes.
