About the Office/Workplace Manager Role:
This is a varied and busy Office/Workplace Manager role. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
* Organising all repairs and routine maintenance
* Managing service contracts
* Office management - being the 'go-to' person for the whole office
* Health & Safety
* Overseeing maintenance of office assets and building management systems
* Acting as the first point of contact for all day-to-day operational matters
* Ensuring compliance with all internal policies
* Ad-hoc administrative support
Candidate Specification for the Office/Workplace Manager role:
* Must be immediately available
* Extensive prior experience of managing or coordinating facilities within a corporate setting
* IOSH or NEBOSH certified would be beneficial but not essential
* Muck-in and hands-on - happy to get stuck in with the day to day aspects of facilities
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Calm under pressure
* Highly service-oriented and professional

* Hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm/6pm
