Location: Hybrid - 2 days ideally onsite at Wharton / Preston, and an occasional trip to Bristol

Role Overview
The Change Management Communication Lead will be responsible for developing and delivering the comms change management strategy across a complex portfolio of transformation initiatives within a global defence organisation. This role ensures that change is communicated effectively, planned, delivered, and embedded to maximise adoption and minimise disruption across functions, regions, and business units.
This position requires a strategic thinker with proven experience leading large-scale communications elements of change programmes in secure, regulated, or defence environments. The successful candidate will possess strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills, and will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
