As our Night Guest Services Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of the hotel during the night shift. You’ll lead and support the Night Guest Services Team, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and excellent service throughout their stay. Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising the night operation across all departments
Completing the night audit process to Celtic Collection standards
Preparing the hotel for the next day’s business
Managing emergency procedures and ensuring guest safety
Supporting and mentoring team members
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation across public and back-of-house areas
Coordinating overnight room service and bar operations
Ensuring accurate guest billing and reporting
