We are looking for individuals to develop into our next generation of skilled fitters, mechanics, inspectors, or engineers.
You will work as part of one of our engine teams, with responsibilities including but not limited to:
1. Inspecting components
2. Stripping down engines
3. Re-building engines
4. Testing engines
5. Learning about common problem diagnostics and resolutions
Requirements include:

* Good hand skills and familiarity with tooling
* Ability to read and understand technical manuals
* Understanding of tools and their use
* Responsible and conscientious

* Confidence to ask questions for clarification
* Willingness to perform repetitive tasks during training
* Physically fit to stand for long periods
Minimum qualifications and experience:
* At least 5 GCSEs grade C/5 or above, including English, Math, and Science, or equivalent
* Recognized engineering apprenticeship or relevant experience in a similar environment
* Ability to follow health and safety requirements
* Good computer literacy
* Relevant experience in the aviation industry, particularly gas turbine engine repair
* Experience with deep strip, inspection, and build of gas turbine engines
* Experience with ALF 502/7 engines is highly desirable
This position is based in Warwick with MPI, supporting a company specializing in aerospace gas turbine engine repair and supply to aircraft operators worldwide. Travel away from base may be required.
