As full-time Beauty Consultant working at the La Prairie counter at Harrods, you will be our brand Ambassador. Ensuring a delightful and exceptional personalised skincare luxury service you will build meaningful and long-lasting relationships with our discerning client all while creating carefully curated experiences through consultations and events.
Main Accountabilities
1. Achieve the sales objectives based on retention and recruitment of clients, especially High Net Worth Individuals and existing VIPs.
2. Guarantee meaningful business relationships across the store, especially with Personal Shoppers, concierges, etc
3. Ensure retail excellence is performed at all times, maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards are maintained at the point of sale
4. Create a deep connection with the client to understand their needs, build trust and long-lasting relationship
5. Pro-actively introduce and recommend relevant products, ensuring a personalised 1:1 luxury and professional service at all times
6. Maintain the relationship through engaging the Client through La Prairie Clienteling tools and systems
7. Be knowledgeable on all products, ensuring the heritage, skin science and benefits are always conveyed in a relevant way to the client
Qualifications:

14. Ability to be a great team player as part of a high impact team, driven by diverse thoughts and opinions.
15. Arabic speaker is essential
16. NVQ Certification is desired
