Due to an increase in workload, our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented legal professional to support its growing Conveyancing team in Henley-on-Thames. The Role: As a Conveyancing Paralegal / Legal Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting solicitors with a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include: ✅ Supporting Conveyancing Solicitors with all aspects of property transactions ✅ Handling pre and post-completion tasks, including: Registering transactions with HM Land Registry Paying stamp duty to HMRC Serving notices to landlords Managing requisitions and file closures ✅ Preparing legal correspondence and documentation ✅ Liaising with clients, estate agents and other legal professionals ✅ Managing file administration, scanning and archiving About You: To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in conveyancing, ideally within pre- or post-completion processes.
