This role sits within our Public Sector FM business division that provides Cleaning, Catering, Hard Services, Pest Control, Carbon & Energy, and Security services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Education & Healthcare market. About The Role: Days of Working: Variable across the week, and dependent on business needs. Shift Pattern: 06:00am-16:00pm, 07:00am-17:00pm, 08:00am-17:00pm, 08:30am-20:00pm, 19:00pm-07:00am, 07:00am-19:00pm As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Protecting the security and safety of the identified buildings and personnel at a busy client site. Acting as a first line support to employees and visitors to site, providing a professional and friendly service. Support a safe working environment for staff, residents, and visitors by adhering to Health and Safety legislation, policies and procedures, and reporting any damage/defects occurred. Fire, security and building systems monitoring. Front of house security, searching duties, patrols face to face with the public. Service area barrier control and traffic management. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria: Must have Right to Work in the UK. An enhanced DBS and BS7858 security clearance will be completed for the successful candidate. SIA Licence and relevant security experience. Strong people and customer service skills. Good diligence and high standard of work. Effective communication skills. Good written and oral english. Punctuality and timeliness.
