The Opportunity As a Senior Associate within the Corporate team (30 fee earners), you will work directly with partners on high-profile transactions while mentoring junior colleagues. The team advises on a broad spectrum of matters including: M&A transactions Equity fundraisings (venture capital & private equity) Partnerships, joint ventures & shareholder agreements Company reorganisations & restructurings Corporate formation & governance Employee share schemes You will also collaborate with colleagues specialising in Capital Markets, Banking, and Commercial law to deliver a seamless service to clients. Key Responsibilities Deliver technically accurate, commercially focused advice across a range of corporate and transactional matters. Lead and manage multiple transactional projects with minimal supervision. Support partners on complex deals and take ownership of transactions where appropriate. Manage due diligence processes, supervise junior lawyers, and liaise with external advisers. Draft, negotiate, and manage key transaction documents including SPAs, APAs, and investment agreements. Build and maintain strong client relationships, actively engaging in business development and networking. Support the strategic goals of the London Corporate team while developing your own professional profile. About You Qualified Solicitor with 5 years' PQE in corporate law. Strong experience in M&A and general corporate transactional work. Commercially astute with excellent project management and drafting skills. Confident leader with experience mentoring juniors and running transactions. Ambitious, business-minded, and motivated to grow within a forward-thinking firm.
