Job Title: EMEA Benefits Analyst
We are currently seeking an experienced Benefits professional to join our team as an EMEA Benefits Analyst. This role will provide first-hand exposure to how the benefit COE team makes this philosophy come alive by supporting our benefits programs across EMEA and will report into the Director, Benefits EMEA & LATAM.
* This is a 12-month contract position that requires at least 5 years of experience in Benefits.
* Project management skills and ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrate problem-solving capabilities while coordinating escalation and helping Senior Program Managers identify root causes of issues.
* Ability to manage various stakeholders such as ERC, payroll, communications, and vendors.
* Team player with good communication skills and attention to detail.
As this role is covering a maternity leave, we require someone who is comfortable leading insured benefit renewals in the region and acting as a daily point of contact with our benefits platform provider and our payroll team.
