About The Role
The Adult Transformation Team is looking for a full-time Project Manager. Your work will include scoping and delivering change projects and initiatives in different areas of the care system. You will support the development and implementation of complex transformation workstreams, including system redesign, service remodelling, behaviour change, and savings delivery.
This role offers career progression over Grade 8, 9 & 10, with initial appointment at Grade 8, with training and development to progress through the grades, subject to meeting each grade's requirements.

You will have proven project management experience, strategic and critical thinking skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a flexible attitude. You should be highly organized, able to meet deadlines, and work independently.
