Neon Search is proud to be partnering with a much-loved luxury lifestyle brand to appoint a technically driven Ecommerce Manager. This is a brilliant opportunity to take full ownership of the Shopify platform and shape the digital customer journey for a brand that truly values innovation, quality, and user experience.
This role would suit someone who is a true Shopify expert—comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels, with a deep understanding of platform capabilities, integrations, UX optimisation, and site performance.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Direct-to-Consumer, the Ecommerce Manager will:
* Lead the ecommerce roadmap, working closely with internal stakeholders and a trusted digital agency to drive innovation and performance.
* Own the Shopify platform—leveraging your technical knowledge to manage third-party apps, ensure site stability, and implement enhancements that deliver real commercial impact.
* Use tools like GA4, heatmaps, and customer feedback to identify pain points and develop data-led solutions that increase conversion and improve customer satisfaction.
* Champion a luxury-led UX approach—ensuring the site reflects the brand’s identity and delivers a seamless journey from landing to checkout.
* Work cross-functionally to streamline processes, implement automation, and support omnichannel initiatives across digital and retail.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing Shopify ecommerce sites—including custom development, app integrations, and backend configuration.
* Strong technical understanding of ecommerce infrastructure and digital operations.
* Demonstrable experience using analytics platforms to inform CRO and UX decisions.
* A confident communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical teams with ease.
* Previous experience working with external digital agencies and managing project delivery.
* Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of improving ecommerce performance.
* Experience within premium, fashion, or lifestyle sectors is a plus, but not essential.
