Be Yourself – Be a Bold Team Player – Be Leonardo. As a Receptionist you’ll be a face of the hotel, bringing a warm and friendly personality to work every day. You’ll be stepping into a busy role as part of a vibrant team, and you’ll be an ambassador for the hotel as the first person our guests meet. You’ll organise all aspects of the check-in and check-out processes and offer guests the real 5-star treatment at our hotel.
Responsibilities

* Manage check-in and check-out processes and handle guest inquiries.
* Coordinate with team to ensure a smooth guest experience and 5-star service.

About Leonardo Hotel Swindon
A 5-minute walk from the town centre's pedestrianised shopping precinct, this simple, modern hotel is 0.8 miles from Swindon Arts Centre. The rooms feature free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and tea/coffee facilities, as well as work desks and a pillow menu. There is a casual restaurant serving an international menu and a bar with big-screen sports. Other amenities include a business centre and 7 meeting rooms. Parking is available for a fee.
