Responsibilities
* Manage the firm's service delivery, ensuring Managers meet expectations, adhere to deadlines, and operate within budget constraints.
* Guarantee that clients benefit from a well-rounded and thorough service experience.
* Conduct performance reviews and facilitate training and professional development for team members.
* Act as the firm's representative at networking and industry events, while spotting potential business growth opportunities.
* Seek opportunities to promote and expand the firm's services to both new and existing clients.

* Evaluate and update existing systems to enhance efficiency within the practice.
