Our client is a well-established, values-driven organisation with a strong focus on creating a positive and engaging workplace culture. Due to continued growth and a commitment to strengthening their people function, they are now looking to appoint a People Advisor to support the delivery of an ambitious people plan and help drive a high-performing, inclusive environment.
Reporting into the People Partner, this role will play a key part in delivering a proactive and hands-on HR service across the site. You will provide guidance to managers on a range of people matters including performance, absence and employee relations, while also supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to development. The role will involve analysing and reporting on key people metrics, facilitating payroll processes, supporting engagement initiatives, and contributing to wider people projects and activities.
You will be an experienced HR generalist with a solid understanding of UK employment law and best practice, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. You will enjoy building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, offering pragmatic advice and influencing where needed. With strong organisational skills and attention to detail, you will be confident managing multiple priorities, interpreting data, and communicating effectively. A positive, approachable mindset and a genuine passion for supporting people and teams to thrive will be key.
