We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team based at Southampton Airport. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate chef to lead and create exceptional dining experiences, showcasing your skills in a dynamic and professional environment.
What you'll be doing:
Assist in leading the kitchen team to deliver high-quality, innovative dishes
Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards using fresh, seasonal ingredients
Support in menu development and planning, bringing creativity and fresh ideas
Oversee food hygiene and safety compliance in the kitchen
Manage stock control and ordering, maintaining cost efficiency
Mentor and support junior team members in their development
