My client is seeking an experienced Support Manager to play a key role in the smooth and successful operation of our care homes. In this pivotal role, you'll provide expert guidance and hands-on support to our care home teams, helping them uphold the highest standards of care, compliance, and performance. Key Responsibilities Provide strong, supportive leadership across multiple homes. Recruit, mentor and develop care home managers and key team members. Foster a positive, inclusive working environment that reflects Kingsley’s values. Monitor and drive financial and operational performance, including occupancy and budget targets. Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards, proactively managing risk. Maintain high standards in care delivery and environment. Build positive relationships with residents, families, regulators, and wider stakeholders. What We're Looking For Experience managing a care home or similar healthcare setting. NMC registration and relevant post-registration experience (preferred, not essential). Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial oversight in care environments. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Confident communicator, able to work with a range of stakeholders. Committed to quality, safety, and person-centred care.
