Legal Secretary – East Kent
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 DOE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a highly regarded and long-established law firm in East Kent. This is a chance to become part of a supportive, people-focused team where you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional administrative and secretarial support to the wider department.
The most important skill for this position is strong audio dictation experience – this is essential. You will be confident using BigHand dictation and have solid prior experience working within a secretarial or administrative role – this is a requirement, not a preference.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
* Audio typing and transcription
* Completing legal forms and LPAs
* Producing, formatting, and finalising documents
* Opening and closing client files
* General secretarial and administrative support across the team
