Role Responsibilities:
* Deliver teaching, learning, and assessment as scheduled with your Tutor Delivery Manager.
* Plan qualification delivery in collaboration with team members, ensuring compliance with external requirements.
* Provide support systems to facilitate learner retention, achievement, and progression.
* Complete all E-registers promptly and accurately.
* Monitor and report on attendance and learner performance.
* Deliver engaging teaching ensuring positive learner experiences and timely achievement.
* Develop individual learning plans and conduct progress reviews with SMART targets.
* Complete assessments and documentation to meet organizational and awarding body standards.
* Submit portfolios for verification and collaborate with Internal Verifiers for quality improvement.
* Engage in CPD activities and maintain records.
* Participate in standardisation and team meetings.
* Promote safe working practices and safeguarding in line with policies.
Essential Criteria:
* Level 3 Teaching Qualification
* Assessing Qualification
* Relevant occupational experience in the sector
* Level 3 sector qualifications
* Access to own resources
