My client, a large Plant Hire company with depots across the UK. Due to their continued success, they are now looking for a skilled Customer Hire Desk Administrator to join their ever:growing team.
The role of Customer Hire Desk Administrator in brief:
: Handling ahigh volume of inbound callsfrom customers and suppliers
: Responding promptly to incoming emails, ensuring accurate and timely communication
: Logging and processing off:hire requests using internal systems
: Maintaining accurate and up:to:date hire records and customer databases
: Managing day:to:day administrative tasks such as scheduling, document handling, and data entry
: Liaising with internal departments to coordinate deliveries, collections, and service requirements
: Assisting with resolving customer issues in a professional and efficient manner
: Ensuring all documentation and processes are completed to a high standard
: Supporting the team in maintaining an organised and responsive hire desk function
The ideal candidate for theCustomer Hire Desk Administrator:
: Previous experience in a Plant, Powered access, Tool or Material Handling industries.
: Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, and computer skills in general.
: Good communication skills.
