Facilities Administrator – 3 Month Temporary Contract

£14.50 per hour
Morson Talent are recruiting for a Facilities Administrator to join a high-profile organisation in Manchester on a 3-month temporary basis. This role is based on-site at the stadium offices and offers an excellent opportunity to support the facilities and maintenance function during an important period of transition.
The Role
The Facilities Administrator will provide administrative and systems support to the facilities team, playing a key role in the development and smooth running of maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Uploading and managing data within internal systems
Supporting the development and ongoing management of the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system
Assisting with the build and maintenance of facilities reporting and processes
General administrative duties to support the facilities team
Ensuring records and documentation are accurate and up to date
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in a facilities or maintenance environment
IT savvy with strong data handling and system management skills
Experience using CAFM systems (or supporting the development of maintenance systems)
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Contract Details
Duration: 3 months
Location: Stadium-based office, Manchester
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour
