Deliver a full spectrum of building surveying services, including contract administration, defect analysis, and professional advisory work. Actively contribute to business development by bringing in new client relationships, particularly within the education sector. Play a pivotal role in the firm's growth plans, working closely with directors to shape the future of the business. Candidate Profile: MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor, with proven experience in delivering building surveying services across a range of sectors. Strong network and the ability to generate new business, ideally within NHS, education, and/or social housing. Leadership skills, with the desire to manage and mentor a team. Commercially astute, proactive, and client-focused. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
