Salary: £15.40 - £21.25 per hour

Pay Structure
* During Training (first 3 weeks): £13.15 per hour
* Experienced PCV Bus Drivers:
o First 12 months: £15.40 per hour (increasing to £19.25 after 9pm)
o 12-24 months: £15.80 per hour (increasing to £19.75 after 9pm)
o 24 months+: £17.00 per hour (increasing to £21.25 after 9pm)
If you hold a PCV license with more than 12 months of experience within the last 4 years, you will start at the 12-24 month rate. Pay rates are reviewed frequently through negotiations.

Working Conditions
Work hours consist of 5 out of 7 rotating shift patterns, planned up to 6-8 weeks in advance for your convenience. Shifts include:
* Mornings starting from 04:00
* Afternoons starting from 12:00
* Evenings starting from 18:00
Overtime is available upon request and based on availability.
Requirements
* Must be over 18 years of age
* Minimum of 6 months driving experience (for Trainees)
* PCV license (for experienced Bus Drivers)
* No more than 6 points on your license
* Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
* Excellent people and customer service skills
* Flexibility to work shifts
