In this full time position, you will work from our office in East Kent (hybrid work) reporting to our Senior HR Business Partner
What will you do?
* Provide coaching and advise to people leaders in industrial relations matters including performance management
* Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and people leaders on policy interpretation & adherence, grievances and counselling
* Support the Senior HR Business Partner for cyclical HR activities including performance reviews, remuneration cycles and talent development
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with legislation and contemporary practices
* Support HR initiatives and projects ranging in learning and organisation development
What experiences & competencies do you bring?
* Tertiary qualifications in HR
* At least 5 years experience in a HR Advisory role
* Proven experience in handling IR/ER matters
* Ability to manage grievances and disciplinary situations effectively
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent organisation skills to deliver quality work in a fast paced environment
* Strong interpersonal skills enabling you to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
