We work alongside incredible brand partners and the best agencies around. So if you have a passion to learn, grow and experience new teams, come and explore it all with us.

Why join us

What You’ll Do

As a Digital Marketing Associate for Display & Paid Social at Sainsbury's, you will be responsible for executing high-impact, data-led paid social and display campaigns that drive sales, enhance brand affinity, and propel our channels forward. Using platforms like Smartly, you will build, test, and optimise creative variations while exploring automation and AI features to enhance campaign performance. Additionally, you will track performance metrics, use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, collaborate with various teams to develop high-quality digital creative, manage campaign budgets efficiently, and support the Display & Social Media Lead in delivering a pipeline of media projects, all while maintaining a fast‑paced and results-driven approach.

Who You Are

You are a results‑oriented and hands‑on professional with a deep passion for digital marketing. Your experience in running paid social and display campaigns, coupled with your ability to analyse data and optimise performance, allows you to drive high-impact campaigns that elevate brand visibility, engage customers, and boost sales. Your collaborative nature, proactive mindset, and innovative approach enable you to build strong relationships across teams, voice creative ideas, and continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement in a fast‑paced environment.

Essential Criteria

* Proven experience delivering paid social and display campaigns end-to-end, from briefing through to activation and reporting.
* Experience in performance marketing, using data and insights to optimise campaigns and drive measurable results.
