This role requires a proactive individual with excellent IT skills, outstanding customer service abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong initiative and accountability, a solid understanding of Work in Progress (WIP), and the ability to optimise travel routes for field service personnel.
Duties- Schedule and coordinate service appointments for field engineers efficiently.
- Continuously improve scheduling processes to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Assign service requests based on skill set, location, and availability.
- Ensure compliance with CCS operating protocols and manage engineer diaries.
- Liaise with engineers daily to optimise service planning and delivery.
- Handle customer calls, outbound appointment settings, letters, and job updates via Protean (CRM system).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service scheduling and manage urgent requests professionally.
- Assist with repairs appointments, parts follow-ups, and re-attendance planning within three days.
