The position the Experienced Deputy Care Manage will need to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person centred care to all residents. The Deputy Care Manager will be responsible for: Provide strong leadership to the care team, promoting a culture of compassion, dignity, and excellence. Ensure the care home operates in full compliance with CQC standards and other relevant legislation. Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies. Oversea safeguarding, health and safety, infection control, and risk management within the home. The Deputy Care Manager will need: Proven experience in working as a Senior or Deputy Manager in a care home or similar care setting.
