Country Technical Delegate Project Manager
Location: Coventry, UK (field-based with remote working)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 plus company car and benefits
The role
We are looking for an experienced automotive professional to lead a country-level Technical Delegate programme across a national dealer network.
You will manage a team of Technical Delegates in the field, owning performance, quality, and delivery. This role suits someone who is confident leading field teams, working with operational KPIs, and acting as the main operational contact for a senior automotive client.
Key responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the country Technical Delegate team
Own delivery of KPIs including technical quality, resolution time, and first-time fix
Plan and prioritise field activity across the dealer network
Act as the primary operational contact for the client
Lead performance reviews, steering meetings, and improvement plans
Ensure compliance with brand, safety, and quality standards
Drive continuous improvement across processes and service delivery
About you
3 to 5 years’ experience in automotive aftersales, technical support, or field operations
Experience leading or coordinating field-based teams
Strong understanding of dealer networks and OEM environments
Comfortable working with KPIs, reporting, and performance data
Background in dealership, importer, NSC, or OEM environments strongly preferred
Clear communicator, confident with senior stakeholders
Organised, proactive, and improvement-focused
Experience with DMS systems, diagnostic tools, OEM portals, or warranty systems is a strong advantage.
