Responsibilities
* Creation of area business plans to drive growth and profitability with Contractors and Wholesalers in your assigned geography.
* Develop business relationships with contractors & branch managers in your geographic area.
* Provide accurate and timely forecasts on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis.
* Collaborate with the Regional MK sales teams, Customer Service Team, and the wider HBT sales team on customer proposals and orders.
* Plan and prioritize customer/contact with clients to achieve business aims and sales targets.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* A proven track record of working within the electrical industry, especially with electrical contractors or MK Electric & Honeywell Lighting Control, is advantageous.
* Ability to develop and manage customer relationships at all levels.
* Confident, positive attitude, and strong belief in own success.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
* Confidence to lead meetings with internal and external customers.
