The role
About the Role:
As a General Operator at our Ferrero Halstead site, home to our Eat Natural products, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of our production operations. You will be responsible for safely operating basic machinery, supporting production line activities, and helping ensure our products consistently meet Ferrero's high quality standards. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will contribute to efficient production while always putting safety, quality, and care at the heart of what you do.
This is a permanent role working on either a fixed shift pattern of Mornings (6am-2pm) or Afternoons (2pm-10pm). Flexibility will be key to supporting changing production and operational demands. The shift pattern and operational requirements will be reviewed after 12 months to ensure the structure continues to best support production and business needs.
Main Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support the safe and efficient operation of our production area, ensuring machinery and production lines run smoothly while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and teamwork.
