As a Year 4 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will provide targeted support to a pupil with additional needs, helping them access the KS2 curriculum and remain engaged in learning. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategies, promote positive behaviour, and encourage independence throughout the school day.
