The Role:
As a Billing Specialist with us, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate invoices are issued promptly to insurance companies and patients. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact and develop your career.
What You'll Do:
* Creation of accurate invoices in line with the billing principles set by commercial department.
* Investigate queries raised by the insurer or patient in a timely manner in alongside company policy.
* Undertake all administrative activities required, provide excellent customer care and to support the Billing Supervisor when required.
What You'll Have:
Experience and skills:
* Previous experience of working within a finance department
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to work to deadlines
* Ability to multitask and prioritise
* Confident, approachable and strong team working skills
* Team Player
Qualifications and Knowledge:
* Knowledge of an Accounts Receivable function
* Understanding of customer care
* GCSE and or A Level qualifications
* Able to use Microsoft office suite
