Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Development & Implementation Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of IT projects, drive process improvement and automation, and support the Insurance Sales Director in achieving strategic objectives, based at our head office in Wootton, MK43 9EJ.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to delivery.
* Translate customer needs into clear development requirements and business cases.
* Lead new customer implementations and manage changes for existing clients.
* Collaborate with Design, UX, QA, Sales and Legal teams to ensure seamless system setup and customer journey.
* Oversee testing, user acceptance, audits (including SOX compliance) and documentation.
* Deliver training and reporting to support system adoption and business needs.
* Identify and implement continuous process improvements.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Proactive problem-solver with sound decision-making skills.
* Experience working across technical and non-technical teams.
* Knowledge of project methodologies; Tableau/SQL desirable.
* Flexible, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities.
