We're recruiting a Head of Wholesale = Franchise Operations to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Morrisons Daily franchise estate.
This is a senior leadership opportunity within Wholesale, reporting to the Wholesale Director, with accountability for operational excellence across a fast-growing national network (currently 750 stores, rising to over 1,000). You'll lead a large field team, build strong relationships with Franchise Partners, and drive consistent brand standards while delivering ambitious growth plans.

What you'll be responsible for
* Leading the operational success of our Morrisons Daily franchise estate
* Delivering our store conversion programme (c.300 launches per year), ensuring high-quality execution every time
* Building trusted partnerships with Franchise Owners to drive profitable growth, loyalty and NPS
* Owning operational strategy, brand compliance and audits
* Working closely with Commercial, Logistics, Technical and Supply Chain to deliver end-to-end results
About You
You'll be an experienced retail operations leader with a strong track record in multi-site environments. You'll bring:
* National leadership experience in food retail, wholesale or franchise operations
* Proven delivery against operational and trading KPIs
* Strong commercial acumen with experience growing profitable sales
* Confidence leading large remote teams through change
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Deep understanding of store operations, compliance and customer experience
