Site Supervisor
We're looking for a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to lead our insulation teams across social housing projects. If you're SSSTS-certified and passionate about delivering high-quality work that improves lives, we'd love to hear from you.Your Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations of loft and cavity wall installation teams
2. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
3. Conduct site audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments
4. Surveys
5. Liaise with tenants, housing officers, and internal teams
6. Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards
What You'll Need:
7. Valid SSSTS certification (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
8. Experience supervising teams in construction or insulation
9. NVQ Level 2
10. Strong leadership and communication skills
11. Full UK driving license
12. DBS clearance may be required due to work in occupied homes
