Accounts Administrator-Magherafelt-Temporary- £13.50+ per hour Reed Recruitment is working in partnership with a local construction company based in the Magherafelt area. Our client has an urgent requirement for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis. This role will be for 4-8 weeks, with possible extension and is offering an immediate start. Working alongside the Finance Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for completing the following duties: Inputting of invoices Process payment applications Matching delivery dockets to purchase orders Transfer of project costing from estimating software to Procore Purchase orders Updating cost estimates and quotes onto Procore General Administration to support the contracts team Any other duties deemed necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role. Essential Criteria Proficiency in administration, Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
