The role
As the Head of On Trade you will lead and manage negotiations at a senior level, whilst developing and executing the customer’s specific strategy to deliver against business and customer objectives. There is a lot of growth potential in the On Trade channel so someone with a first class contact strategy in the On Trade is essential for the continued growth of this incredible brand.
The ideal fit:
* Have experience in a Head of Sales/On Trade level role or equivalent
* Experience across the On Trade is essential
* Strong capability to lead self within the role
* Excited about working with a brand that’s growing
* Keen to work with others and be a part of the team
* Be able to show channel growth in previous roles
* Be comfortable with ambiguity and a fast paced environment

Location : Home based
Salary : £six figure salary with a strong and very competitive overall package, including LTIP’s.
