The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through, and final jobs coming out of the Image team.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week

This role covers 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching—specialist areas requiring a dedicated point of contact. The ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, and possesses strong communication skills, capable of planning and managing multiple jobs simultaneously.
The goal is to support clients across all media globally. The role demands high competency in project management, multitasking, and meeting diverse deadlines. Effective planning, record-keeping, proactive organization based on business priorities, and clear communication with all stakeholders are essential. Regular updates to team leaders and project managers are required to ensure smooth workflow and quality standards.
Accountabilities
* Oversee all image briefs from initiation to delivery
* Build positive relationships within the team to foster an expert environment
* Understand client challenges to prioritize effectively
* Participate in strategic discussions and planning
* Maintain regular communication with Creative and Commercial Managers
* Evaluate the feasibility of creative briefs based on resources and timelines
* Gain thorough knowledge of client systems and processes
* Ensure projects progress on time and within budget, keeping all parties updated
* Motivate team members during high-pressure periods
* Maintain high attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy
* Coordinate with brief owners to gather necessary assets
* Act as a communication link between the Image team and other departments
* Manage accounts system, including raising PO’s for outsourced or freelance work
* Ensure estimates are approved before starting work
* Issue invoices promptly and accurately
Skills
Requires 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG or Photography environment. A keen interest in CG and photography and willingness to learn relevant software are advantageous. Personal qualities include decision-making ability, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, proactivity, and a positive attitude.
