A next-generation competitive socialising venue located in the heart of Shoreditch, spread across three floors with a 450-person capacity. Think high-energy gaming experiences, craft cocktails, rooftop bar, group events, and fast-paced hospitality all under one buzzing roof.
This is a bold, independent brand with momentum, ambition and a vision to build a powerhouse in Londons experience-led hospitality scene.
What youll get up to
This role is 100% proactive new business. No account management. No waiting for inbound. Just pure, high-octane commercial hunting.
You will:
Own new business generation across corporate bookings, venue hires, private parties and agency partnerships
Build a high-value pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, travel trade, tourism connections and agency relationships
Pitch the venues full suite of offerings gaming experiences, events, rooftop takeovers, group food & drink packages
Work directly with the Founder to shape and scale the commercial strategy
Lead on partnerships with corporate event planners, agencies and hospitality networks
Be relentlessly proactive driving growth, smashing targets and expanding the venues reach across London

Your DNA
A true hunter energy, resilience, drive and a proactive mindset are essential
Experience in hospitality sales, event sales, venue hire, travel trade or agency partnerships is highly desirable
Confident in outbound: cold calls, emails, networking, presentations, live pitches
Commercially sharp with the ability to speak to senior stakeholders
Thrives in a high-growth, independent business that moves fast
Motivated by big targets, bigger wins, and uncapped earnings
