Job Responsibilities:
* Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base and contribute to the acquisition of new customers.
* Manage sales within the defined territory to achieve maximum profitability and growth, aligned with the company's vision and values.
* Develop and implement a sales strategy and business plan to ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
* Maintain high levels of client satisfaction with existing key account customers, seeking opportunities to expand sales.
* Introduce new products, services, and sales promotion programs.
* Develop and achieve sales objectives (monthly, quarterly, annually) for accounts within the defined territory, in close cooperation with the international sales manager.
* Appoint distributors and prepare action plans with individuals at the distributor level for effective sales growth.
* Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
* Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
* Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
* Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports.
* Create and conduct proposal presentations and customer responses.
* Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
* Provide market information on competitive products.
* Analyse and report on sales status and sales trends in the defined sales territory.
* Handle sales leads in compliance with current procedures.
Job Specifications:
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales.
* Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements within sectors such as paint, DIY consumer products, tools, industrial sales, chemicals, or coatings.
* Willingness to travel within the defined territory and work from a home office.
* Willingness to travel internationally for meetings and training.
* Good understanding of modern IT business tools.
* High level of self-motivation and discipline, suitable for the developing nature of this role.
