Processing invoices
Ensuring all entries are posted and coded correctly
Ensuring POs are valid
Completing PO invoice matching
Resolving queries
Sales ledger administration
Assisting with journals
Assisting with accruals and prepayments
Reconciliations
Preparing payment runs
Assisting with month end if desired
Ad-hoc finance tasksProfile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Effective organisational and time management abilities.
Previous experience in an Accounting & Finance setting.
Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.Job Offer
Salary between £27,000 to £33,000 equivalent
