We are recruiting a Sous Chef for a well-known village pub in Charlton, Wiltshire. The pub has recently been taken over by new owners who have purchased the property freehold and are fully investing in the future of the business. This is a great opportunity to be part of shaping a growing operation with plans to elevate the food offering and build a strong kitchen team.
Responsibilities as Sous Chef and key expectations include supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and leading the kitchen during service when required, while maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation.

Qualifications
* Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP ready to step up
* Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
* Strong organisation and leadership skills
* Positive attitude and team-focused approach
